This app is weird. Really my dr just told me to keep track of my diet to identify triggers for migraine headaches. I guess food can cause a delayed reaction (the migraine) even several days after eating it. This iPhone app was the only free meal tracking app. So... Here I am. You will all be horrified with my diet if you take food seriously. I don't. I drink dr pepper for breakfast and only about three regulars for my lunch variety. I usually don't eat dinner. But every time I snack I'll take a pic. That makes it easy to create a picture diary.
